What type of information do we collect?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?


Our charity website is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Contact Information provided to us through the website contact form will remain stored until such times as the website is no longer operable, or you request that we remove your information.

 All personal data provided to us in other ways is stored securely in a database provided through – a provider of online administration software for churches. This data is stored indefinitely. If you would like to amend or remove personal information stored please use the contact information provided at the bottom of this policy document.

All direct payment gateways offered through our website use Pay-Thru, who in turn adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How we may communicate with you:


We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, for personal correspondence, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our charity, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
